Operations
Two lines of business, one shop, one set of crews. Here's how Warhorse runs.
01 — Production
Warhorse owns and operates a portfolio of conventional oil leases across Southeast Kansas. Steady, shallow, well-understood geology — the kind of production that rewards discipline over drilling. Today we're among the largest producers of oil in Greenwood County.
We're in value-realization mode on assets we already own. The growth comes from:
We grow barrels by working what we already own — finding value in the wells, leases, and last barrels of oil that other companies have walked past.
02 — Services
Our service rigs run out of the Eureka shop, scheduled tightly between Warhorse production needs and third-party operator work — so they stay productive whether oil prices are up or down.
Cementing in-house is the lever that lets us hold prices steady where competitors of the same size have to outsource. We also subcontract cementing to other rig operators who don't have their own units — turning a fixed asset into a steady revenue stream.
What we do
Wash, acidize, chemical squeeze, pump rebuilds, tubing tests, return-to-service — the bread and butter of conventional oil operations.
Rod, tubing, and pump installations. Wellhead work. New completions through end-of-life.
Routine and project-scale P&A. State and operator-direct plugging programs.
Our own cement pumps, bulk storage, and crew. Standalone or as a subcontract for rig operators without their own units.
